Many of us are into gaining muscle mass.
Testosterone plays a major role in this.

What is testosterone?? It is a hormone produced in the male body that helps develop male characteristics.

It also stimulates muscle growth and contributes to fat loss in males when they workout. However, this hormone is produced much less in women making it slightly more challenging for them to gain muscle and lose fat.

This hormone is released naturally by the body but many are mislead into increasing it drastically by using additional "supplements" which may lead to having more side effects than benefits.

Some of the natural ways to support the process of testosterone production in the body is by consuming food that helps boost the levels of testosterone.

So this is what I know about boosting the levels of testosterone in your body. I have attached some pictures to this post of the food that could be added to your diet and some other methods to boost the testosterone levels.
